What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all rugs in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of durable synthetic and wool rugs specifically designed to withstand high-traffic areas like entryways, living rooms, and hallways.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
We recommend regular vacuuming without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep stains or delicate handmade pieces.
Do I need a rug pad?
We highly recommend using a rug pad to prevent slipping, protect your flooring, and extend the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning and airflow.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Boutique Rugs ships exclusively to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
