Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Package Your Rug
Carefully roll and wrap your rug in its original plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
